Streetlights consume my mind
Trains move like bullets through my soul
The language seeps into my mind
The brick buildings
The incessant erotica
The magnificent cathedrals
The bitter wind,the cold snow
Have I travelled only six hours north?
No! That cannot possibly be true!
I have stepped into a whole new world.
And to say it was love at first sight
Would be the truth at hand
J'adore Montreal!
